As a yoga teacher, I guide people of all backgrounds through movement, breath and meditation. I teach individual and group classes, to help you find total wellbeing across body, mind and spirit.

I've been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2016. Time and again, I hear from students about the life-changing benefits of adding yoga to their lives.

Allison Erwin, RYT-500, has been teaching online yoga and in-person yoga in greater Cincinnati since 2016.
She is also the creator and lead teacher of the YMCA's STRONG Yoga Challenge. A highly experienced and caring teacher, Allison is skilled at teaching beginners and experienced practitioners alike. She loves helping people adapt the yoga practices to work best for their unique needs.

Allison has over 1,000 hours of training, including two advanced-level 300 hour yoga teacher certifications. She has studied extensively with Lakshmi Rising School for Yoga and Wellness and with Uplifted Yoga's online yoga teacher training program.
