In this series, I teach foundational yoga poses, techniques and concepts, so that you feel comfortable and ready to join any group class. Designed for anyone who wants to learn the foundations of a yoga practice.

You'll have the support of a small group, together for 6 weeks. In each class, we'll spend time discussing any questions and sharing your experiences or insights. I find there is always something to learn from each other.
