Build Your Foundation
In this series, I teach foundational yoga poses, techniques and concepts, so that you feel comfortable and ready to join any group class. Designed for anyone who wants to learn the foundations of a yoga practice.
You'll have the support of a small group, together for 6 weeks. In each class, we'll spend time discussing any questions and sharing your experiences or insights. I find there is always something to learn from each other.

Deepen Your Understanding
This series is a holistic introduction to yoga. Yoga is a multilayered practice, and you'll experience it all: movement, breath, rest, meditation and even some history and philosophy.

We learned foundational moves, flows, transitions, tiny tweaks, big adjustments, reasons poses are beneficial and the Sanskrit names. You can ask questions, she’s very knowledgeable & happy to explain/show you. Tiny things like where to place your weight, how to hold your hips or knees - it all makes a big difference.
